Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for OffMarket, a product of Gatsby Media LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial (monthly plan)

The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan ($79/month) at the end of the trial. We send a reminder before your trial ends, so there are no surprises.

Monthly plan

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges. We do not bill for partial months.

Annual plan - 14-day money-back guarantee

The annual plan ($790/year) is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If OffMarket isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your initial annual purchase and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent your plan from renewing the following year.

How to cancel

Cancel in one click from Settings → subscription inside the app, or email support@offmarket.soand we'll take care of it. No calls, no forms.

How to request a refund

Email support@offmarket.so from the address on your account. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptional circumstances

Beyond the guarantees above, refunds are at our discretion. If you were charged in error or experienced a genuine problem, contact us - we're reasonable and want you to be treated fairly.
